Amy Persyn is a passionate community advocate and marketing professional who brings creativity, purpose, and heart to everything she does. A proud Michigander and Wayne State University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Amy began her career in community banking as a Marketing Intern, where she quickly discovered her gift for creating meaningful, impact-driven programs. Over the years, she has designed award-winning financial literacy initiatives, turned around underperforming business lines, and developed niche marketing strategies rooted in local needs. Her leadership has driven initiatives like the “First State Banksgiving” program, the regional “Community Caring Guide,” and the launch of FinancialWellnessFSB.com.

Amy’s dedication extends far beyond the workplace. She is deeply involved in civic and nonprofit efforts, serving on boards and committees for organizations including Leadership Macomb, Connect Macomb, the Anton Art Center, and Advancing Macomb. She frequently speaks at community events and contributes to Macomb Now Magazine. Guided by her faith and a deep commitment to servant leadership, Amy is also a proud wife to David and mom to two energetic boys, Henry and Elliott. Whether mentoring future leaders or developing community programs, Amy’s passion lies in making a meaningful difference.
