Mike Ohlrich has over 25 years of banking experience and joined the Commercial team at First State Bank in 2023. He has lived and worked in southeast Michigan all of his life.

His business philosophy is to be a trusted consultant for his clients. He prides himself on listening carefully to client needs and using that input to craft a tailored plan that aligns with their objectives and priorities.

Mike values the strength and longevity that differentiates First State Bank from other banks and credit unions. He also appreciates the bank’s ability to offer the tools and resources needed to meet the needs of their clients.

Mike earned his BS/BA in Finance/Economics from Central Michigan University, and his MBA in Finance and Management from Wayne State University. He resides in Commerce Township with his wife, Kristen. They have two children, Hana and Nathaniel.
