Phil began his career at First State Bank in 1985 as a teller while attending Walsh College. Since then, he has built a long and diverse career with the bank, gaining experience across multiple departments through the Management Trainee program and spending several years in the Investment Department. Today, Phil serves as Chief Financial Officer and is also a Series 7 licensed Investment Adviser with First State Investment Services.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time on the golf course.
