Tristan joined First State Bank in 2011 and brings a diverse background to his role as Chief Information Officer. His career has included roles in warehouse operations, copier repair, bench tech work, and financial software services—giving him a well-rounded perspective on technology and operations.

Tristan is passionate about both community banking and IT, but what motivates him most is being part of a collaborative, dedicated team. He values the strong partnerships across departments that help solve challenges and drive innovation at the bank.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys traveling, smoking meats, and building LEGO sets—especially from the Star Wars universe.
