André Esshaki joined First State Bank in April 2023 with 20 years of banking experience. He believes in treating each client as a business partner, keeping them at the center of every decision being made – combining traditional values with innovative ideas to get the best solution possible for each customer. 

André enjoys being part of the team because First State Bank offers creative solutions for our clients and mirror the needs of the community, including non-profits.

André has lived in Macomb County for 45 years and earned his BBA from Wayne State University. He is an active board member with the Thrilla Gives initiative.  Outside of work, André enjoys going to concerts, sporting events, and spending time with his daughter.
