Please note that our representatives will never call and ask customers for Login Credentials, card information, or detailed account information. If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be from the First State Bank (FSB) fraud department and their inquiries include requests for the info above, please do not share that information. 

If you receive a call that appears suspicious, disconnect the call and contact First State Bank immediately at 866-372-1275. If it is after hours, leave a message regarding your concern and we will contact you on the next business day.

Download Your Soft Token

How to Download Your Token

Before you board, it’s important to know that there will be changes to the system of tokens used to log in to Digital Banking. Currently, you are using a hard token. We will be moving to a soft token. Please complete the steps below by May 8, 2026.

Please follow the instructions before logging in for the first time to prepare for this change:

  1. Download the Symantec VIP Access App through either the Google Play Store, the Apple Store, or directly to your desktop via https://vip.symantec.com/
  2. Once you have downloaded the app, please provide us with your unique Credential ID by completing the form below. See sample Credential ID below:

  3. We will authorize your ID for use, and then you will receive an email from First State Bank instructing you to log in to Digital Banking.
  4. The first time you log in, you will use your current Business Online Banking login and physical token. 
  5. You will then need to create a new password.

    Password requirements:

    • 9 - 17 Characters in Length
    • At least 1 Lower Case Character
    • At least 1 Upper Case Character
    • At least 1 Numerical Character
    • At least 1 Special Character
  6. After creating your new password, you will be prompted to enter TWO Symantec VIP Security Codes. You will enter the first code, then wait for the second code to refresh on your VIP Access App.
  7. For all future logins, you will need to use your new password, and you will be prompted for your VIP Access Security Code.
