Scammers are using tactics to target unsuspecting customers. We ask for you to be diligent in protecting your banking information! Please note that our representatives will never call and ask customers for Login Credentials, card information, or detailed account information. If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be from the First State Bank (FSB) fraud department and their inquiries include requests for the info above, please do not share that information. 

If you receive a call that appears suspicious, disconnect the call and contact First State Bank immediately at 866-372-1275. If it is after hours, leave a message regarding your concern and we will contact you on the next business day.

Maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, March 15, between 12:01 am and 10:00 am.

The following services will be unavailable: Balance inquiries at ATMs, Online & Mobile Banking, and Instant Payments. You may receive an error message indicating technical difficulties.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020

Our lobbies will be limited to appointment only. We welcome you to conduct your business using our drive-thru service. If your visit requires use of the lobby, we will work with you to accommodate your request.

We have many alternatives to in-person banking to meet your needs including:

  • Telephone banking
  • Mortgage/Commercial Loan Officers/Cash Management Representatives are available by phone or email
  • Night Drop Services
  • Branch ATMs or one of over 43,000 ATMs nationwide
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposits and Person-to-person Transfers (POP MONEY)
  • Drive-thru service (Saturday Hours extended to 1:00 p.m.)

We understand that times of uncertainty raise questions.
