If you receive a call from anyone claiming to be from the First State Bank (FSB) fraud department and their inquiries include requests for the info above, please do not share that information. 

If you receive a call that appears suspicious, disconnect the call and contact First State Bank immediately at 866-372-1275. If it is after hours, leave a message regarding your concern and we will contact you on the next business day.

Maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, March 15, between 12:01 am and 10:00 am.

The following services will be unavailable: Balance inquiries at ATMs, Online & Mobile Banking, and Instant Payments. You may receive an error message indicating technical difficulties.

Online Banking Channels Are Experiencing Technical Issues

Over the past few days, our Online Banking partner, that serves hundreds of banks nationwide, has experienced technical issues. These issues have impacted our online banking channels. We understand the frustration this has caused. We are doing everything within our control to ensure that as soon as the connectivity issue is solved your access is restored. 

Due to increased traffic to online and mobile banking as many people are checking their accounts for their stimulus funds, online and mobile banking are experiencing delays. We assure you they are being processed. If you would you like to check the status of your Stimulus Payment, you can utilize one of the solutions below or use the IRS tracking tool that can be accessed at: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
