What is Launch?
Launch is a down payment assistance grant program from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, designed to help first-time homebuyers with the upfront costs of buying a home—including down payment, closing costs, and housing counseling. Eligible buyers can receive up to $20,000 when working with a participating FHLBank Indianapolis member financial institution, such as First State Bank.
To Qualify for Launch, You Must:
- Be a first-time homebuyer
- Have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI)
- Contribute at least $500 toward your home purchase
- Complete an approved homebuyer education course
