Image Guidelines

Image Resolutions:

• 840 pixels/inch
• No larger than 10 MBs

File Formats Accepted:

• JPEG
• PNG
• GIF
• Bitmap (BMP)
• TIFF

Image Guidelines:

First State Bank and its designees have the right to accept or reject any submitted image. You must have sole rights to use the submitted image. If your image is not approved, we will notify you by email and ask you to submit another image. In most cases, solving the problem may be as simple as selecting an image that isn’t trademarked or under copyright.

First State Bank will reject images that contain any of the following:

• Phone numbers or website address (e.g., 800 or 900 numbers)
• Professional photographs/artwork  unless you have written permission from the creator of the professional photograph or artwork
• Branded names or branded products
• Celebrities, athletes, musicians or public figures
• Provocative, sexual, offensive, racial or political material
• Trademarked  or copyrighted material, advertising, promotional materials, or slogans
• Profanity, obscenities or nudity
• Alcohol, tobacco, firearms, violence or ammunition
• Illegal or anti-social behavior or socially unacceptable groups
• Culturally insensitive images
• Any image that may result in problems at the point-of-sale or interfere with security features of the card
• Any image deemed unacceptable to be associated with the MasterCard® or FSB brand

Design Fee of $9.95 per card:
Unless waived as part of a promotion or as part of your deposit account type, your card-linked checking account will be charged a $9.95 design fee when each image is approved and submitted to production.
