Thank you for your patience as we continue to work with our partners to address intermittent issues with Zelle. While this service is working for some users, others may continue to experience challenges. Our goal is to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Once We've Reached Cruising Altitude
Actions Required Post-Launch:
  • Download the New Mobile Banking App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • You’ll Need to Rename Your Accounts manually in Digital Banking, as existing nicknames will not migrate to the new Digital Banking.
  • Reschedule Your Recurring Transfers or any transfer that was scheduled for on or after May 1, 2026.
  • Quicken Users Will Need to Deactivate and Reactivate Their Credentials in Quicken accounts after the first time logging in. Direct Connect may be unavailable for up to 72 hours following the launch. Find Quicken & QuickBooks instructions here.

Pre-Flight Checklist

  • Contact Information:
Please ensure that all your recent information is updated in Online Banking. Log in to your Online Banking account to see if we have your most recent phone number and email address on file. If yes, you're all set! If not, please update your account so that your contact information is correct. This information will be used for your Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to protect your account
  • Username & Password:
Ensure you know your current username and password. You will use your current credentials to log in to the new Digital Banking for the first time. This is especially important if you are currently using Face ID to access the mobile banking app.
  • Account Names:
Document your current account nicknames. You’ll need to rename your accounts manually in the new system, as existing nicknames will not transfer from Online Banking.
  • Transfers Self-Set in the Current System:
Transfers that were self-set in our current Online Banking system will not be programmed in the new Digital Banking experience. These include account-to-account transfers, automatic payments to loans, and transfers to external accounts. Transfers that were set up in a branch will not be impacted. Please note: automatic payments set up in Zelle or Bill Pay will also not be impacted.
  • Quicken/QuickBooks Users:
Be prepared to deactivate and reactivate your credentials once you access the new Digital Banking. Be sure to review the instructions for Quicken/QuickBooks integration. Please note: There may be a delay (of up to five days) for Quicken/QuickBooks to establish its link to Digital Banking.
