A New Digital Banking Experience

FSB Business Customers

Get Ready to Take Flight

We’re excited that our new Digital Banking Experience will be taking flight on May 11, 2026. This information will be helpful as you onboard Digital Banking. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call at 586-863-9255 or stop by a branch near you for assistance.

Key Dates

As we prepare to Take Flight, please note the dates listed below when access to Online Banking may be affected.

May 7, 2026

ACH / Wire Manager / Bill Pay / Transactions

This is the final day for submitting files, requests, or any transactions. Submissions with dates beyond May 8 should not be submitted at this time. Submission activities may resume starting
May 11, 2026.

May 8, 2026

Business Online Banking:
Customers will not have access starting at 6 PM EST. On and after this date, you will no longer be able to log into the old system, but will have access to the new upgraded version starting May 11. 

Tokens:
Deadline for downloading the Symantec VIP Access App and submitting your login credentials to First State Bank. See fsb.bank/tokens for step-by-step instructions.

Take Flight—LIVE!
Introducing "A Better Digital Banking Experience" at 8 AM Eastern.

On and after this date, you will no longer be able to log into the old system but will have access to the new upgraded version, which will be readily accessible through a link on our website. You will need to download a new Mobile Banking app; you will be prompted to update your app the first time you access it on or after May 11. 

Alternative Solutions

Starting May 7, certain services will be temporarily unavailable, and Business Online will be unavailable starting May 8. From May 7 - May 10, please consider the following alternatives to conductive your banking needs:

  • ATM: To conduct balance inquiries or make limited transfers, stop by a First State Bank ATM.
  • Branch or Call Center: Stop by a local branch, or contact our Call Center for transfers, wires, ACH, making FSB loan payments, and general inquiries—we're here to help!

Pre-Flight Checklist

We're Upgrading Your Token Experience
You're currently using a hard token. In order to access the new experience, including Pre-Boarding, it's critical to obtain your soft token.

1. Download the Symantec VIP Access App:

  • Visit fsb.bank/tokens for step-by-step instructions. You must submit your login credentials to First State Bank. This must be completed by May 8, 2026.

2. Confirm Your Contact Information is Up to Date in Online Banking:

  • Log in to Online Banking, then select Profile from the upper right corner.
  • Profile changes require a security challenge and entering a passcode.
  • To review and edit the eMail address on file, click the EDIT button next to the eMail field.
  • Verify your eMail; add it or update it as needed.
  • Next, verify your phone number; add it or update it as needed.

3. Additional Pre-Flight Checklist Steps

As noted above, some elements will not migrate to the new Digital Banking Experience. You will want to be sure to download the items below by May 7, 2026.

Important ACH & Wire History & Wire Templates Information

Download ACH & Wire History:

  • Review all ACH files and save any version you would like to continue using in the new Digital Banking Experience.

Review All Wire Templates:

  • Review all templates before May 8, 2026.
  • If you have any templates that will need to be removed or edited, please contact: TakeFlight@fsb.bank.

Take Note of Transfers that were Self-Set in Online Banking

Transfers that were self-set in our current Online Banking system will not be programmed in the new Digital Banking Experience. These include account-to-account transfers, automatic payments to loans, and transfers to external accounts. Transfers that were set up in a branch will not be impacted.

Please note: automatic payments set up in Zelle or Bill Pay will also not be impacted.

Important Bill Pay Information

  • May 7 will be the final day for submitting files, requests, or any transactions in the current Business Online Banking system.
  • Submissions with dates beyond May 8, 2026, should not be submitted at this time.
  • Submission activities may resume starting May 11, 2026.
